Hobbies and Interests
Paul Bradbeer is an executive professional residing and working in Kelowna, British Columbia. He is the Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing (Canada) for Prime Real Estate Investment Trust.
Paul has 15+ years of experience and regularly represents the company at conferences and industry events. He balances his career with a variety of personal interests, such as sports, reading, and cooking. This blog is devoted to the various hobbies and interests that make up Paul’s personal lifestyle.
Paul has been interested in sports and athletics from a very young age. He fondly recalls childhood memories of attending local games, playing outside with his siblings, and skating on frozen ponds during the winter time. These early experiences eventually spurred him to play hockey and golf as an athlete during his time in university.
Nowadays, while Paul is a successful executive in business, he still considers physical activity to be a very important part of his daily life. He is heavily into CrossFit, a rigorous fitness regimen which incorporates elements from a variety of exercises — high-intensity interval training, powerlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, and much more. He also plays a lot of golf and enjoys watching it too; he admires players such as Dustin Johnson, Justin Thomas, and Sergio Garcia.
As an avid hockey fan as well, Paul follows hockey teams such as the Boston Bruins, Los Angeles Kings, and Pittsburgh Penguins. Some of his favorite hockey players are Sidney Crosby (captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins) and Joe Thornton (an alternate captain for the San Jose Sharks).
In addition, Paul is a football fan. He follows the Seattle Seahawks very closely and has attended many Seahawks games over the years. When Paul is not attending games, he still enjoys keeping up with his favorite teams by watching sports television networks (such as Canada TSN) or reading news outlets (such as SCOREGolf).
Beyond exercising and keeping up with numerous sports, one of Paul’s favorite hobbies is cooking. He is currently taking some lessons and pursuing some schooling to improve his own skills and learn about different cuisines and techniques worldwide. Now more than ever, amateur chefs have the opportunity to explore whatever interests them — be it organic cooking, locally sourcing ingredients, or simply learning the basics. Paul is interested in improving his own techniques and learning from the best.
